Join us for an engaging 6 day training sessions ensuring your can learn the basics to ride safe. We'll cover essential excercises like mounting, and dismounting, along with balance exercises to enhance your technique. We will ride our bikes! Additionally, we’ll incorporate calisthenics, stretching and finish with relaxing breathing exercises to help you unwind. Get ready to elevate your biking experience!"

We will learn how to ride without training wheels.

Make sure you have a bicycle that is safe to learn, if not, we will prepare you one.
